Delivery
Delivery time provided is a guideline only, and does not take into account possible delays that may arise due to payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and may vary sometimes due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Or by factors such as a transportation strike or disruption of delivery services in any area due to any reason whatsoever. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. We cannot initiate a refund if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
All domestic orders should take about 5 working days for delivery from the date of purchase. International orders take a minimum of 10 working days for delivery from the date of purchase. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
Our delivering agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery.
Taxes and Duties
Product prices include all taxes and duties applicable for deliveries anywhere in India. However international deliveries may attract a customs duty or/and VAT as may be the applicable law in the country of delivery and these are over and above the price quoted on the site. The shipping agency would be providing you with an invoice for customs duties and local VAT if applicable.
In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his /her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL , Fedex etc .), then we will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
